The pirate captain outfit, it's black with a red sash. But i can't get explorer outfit forever. Having said that the templar armor is technically the best in my opinion because it helps agains physical attacks, whereas the mayan armor helps against bullets. This outfit is obtained and unlocked when half of the assassin’s contracts are finished.
This is pretty much the only outfit where it’s not going to be everyone else’s cup of tea.
