When you've finished all nine challenge tombs, return to the remnant, and she will reward you with the sacra umbra outfit.
In rise of the tomb raider, you've got plenty of clothing options for lara croft. My favorite when is sunny is the infiltrator, when is cold and snowing i use the sparrowhawk, even if the last one was designed to. Made a few enhances and changes to the desert tanktop outfit. Iirc blue henley wasn't accessible in the game and it's presence in the data files is a mystery (though it might've been a different henley. Valiant explorer is great, my other favourites are whiteout jacket, blue henley, reimagined antarctica outfit, infiltrator and ancient. The healing outfits are probably the most effective gameplay wise because they're the least circumstantial amongst a field of very circumstantial options.
