The red and blue are slightly garish compared to the other outfits at the winter palace. When i quickly looked up if there were any good mods to play the game with. I've redesigned winter palace attire for my inquisitor twice and both times i've kept the colour scheme (and red coat) and really just little minor things being changed or added.
